Based in Newcastle, you will support the successful delivery of remediation, façade, building and Defence projects across the Hunter and broader NSW region. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholders, and help deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate project activities, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple projects
- →Assist with project planning, scheduling, reporting and cost tracking
- →Maintain project documentation, contracts and project records
- →Support budgeting, forecasting and variation management
- →Identify project risks and contribute to practical project solutions
- →Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality and company systems
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with 2–3 years' experience in project coordination, project engineering or construction delivery roles
- Exposure to remediation, building, infrastructure, façade and/or Defence projects
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound commercial understanding of project delivery, budgeting and cost control
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using project management and reporting systems highly regarded
