Join our project team delivering critical remediation and infrastructure upgrade works at Garden Island. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile Defence project while working alongside experienced professionals in a safety-focused environment.

We are seeking skilled and safety-driven candidates for the following roles:

• Excavator Operator
• Watercart Operator
• 6 Wheeler Operator
• Pozi / Loader Operator
• Coxswain
• Rigger / Dogman
• Labourer

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

• →Support the onsite team with daily operational tasks
• →Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
• →Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site
• →Adhere to safe work practices
• →Provide support to other teams as required

• Must be an Australian Citizen  
• Hold Current HRWL / Operating Tickets
• DCAC or ability to obtain one
• Current working at heights ticket
• White card
• Drivers license
• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards

The Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) is a specialist Defence infrastructure delivery partnership with a strong track record in delivering major infrastructure works at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia’s premier naval base. Building on this experience, DEJV has been engaged to deliver several significant infrastructure projects supporting AUKUS, representing a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to contribute to Australia’s future Defence capability.
