Graduate Pharmacist – Closed-Door LTC Pharmacy - Part Time

As a Graduate Pharmacist Intern, you will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and leadership to support daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume LTC setting. You will gain experience in medication order review, packaging workflows, facility communication, transitions of care, and quality-focused pharmacy operations.

• →Review medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and safety
• →Assist with prescription processing, order entry, and workflow support
• →Support LTC operations including cycle fills, new admits, medication changes, and STAT orders
• →Help ensure accurate dispensing, packaging, and delivery preparation
• →Communicate with nurses, facilities, prescribers, caregivers, and pharmacy team members
• →Participate in medication reconciliation and transitions of care
• →Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• →Provide drug information and help resolve medication-related issues
• →Support quality assurance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
• →Contribute to a fast-moving team environment focused on accuracy, service, and patient care

• No retail counter and no walk-in customer interruptions

• Pharm.D. graduate or upcoming Pharm.D. graduate eligible for graduate intern status
• Pennsylvania intern license in good standing, or ability to obtain required credentials
• Working toward Pennsylvania pharmacist licensure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Long-term care, institutional, or retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a high-performance team setting
