CRM AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Develop and execute the CRM, CEP, and Marketing Automation strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Own and continuously optimize CRM and Marketing Automation solutions, ensuring effective data flows, data quality, and campaign readiness

Lead end-to-end CRM and automation projects, including pre-filled applications, automated product upgrades, switches, and customer journey improvements

Coordinate data requirements with the Data Warehouse (DWH) team and manage change requests to support campaign execution

Optimize campaign funnels, conversion paths, and customer journeys to improve business performance and customer experience

Drive technical implementation of marketing automation solutions and support process automation across products and channels

Support campaign performance measurement and ensure reliable reporting and campaign enablement

Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory requirements, and governance standards while managing vendors, tools, and implementation projects

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally complemented by further education in CRM, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Automation

Proven at least 3 years’ experience in CRM and Marketing Automation solutions, including customer journey management and application implementation

Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional Business & IT initiatives using agile and traditional methodologies

Solid understanding of data models, data flows, DWH processes, system integrations, and ability to analyse KPIs, campaign performance, and funnel metrics

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English skills, German is a plus (for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland)
