• →High School Diploma or equivalent.
• →Current front desk or receptionist experience in a healthcare setting.
• →Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• →Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• →Valid US work authorization.
   

• Some college coursework.
• Multilingual skills (Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other local community languages).
   

• A welcoming, nurturing, and empathetic attitude toward older adults.
• High level of integrity, a positive mindset, and relentless determination.
• Adaptability to juggle multiple administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
