As a Facilities Management Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations and maintenance. This internship offers exposure to facility processes, compliance requirements, vendor coordination, and customer service in a real estate setting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the Facilities Manager/Executive in overseeing daily site operations
→
Support the delivery of maintenance services at a designated client site
→
Help respond to service-related issues and escalate building faults where necessary
→
Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works
→
Participate in site inspections and contribute to preventive maintenance planning
→
Assist with sourcing quotations and following up on repair and replacement works

Currently pursuing an education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
Good communication and organizational skills
Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
