Finance Transformation Manager

• Lead and support execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA, ensuring compliance with country-specific mandates and alignment to enterprise standards
• Drive process transformation and optimization efforts across Finance workflows (R2R, P2P and O2C) to enable scalable finance processes
• Partner with regional Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and deliver effective solutions
• Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements definition, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones and issue resolution
• Support system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting related to e-invoicing and Finance systems (e.g., Workday, external platforms)
• Track and report project progress, risks, and key performance metrics to EMEA and global leadership
• Contribute to change management, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies across impacted teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives (e.g., e-invoicing, tax reporting) preferred

• Strong understanding of Finance processes (P2P, O2C; R2R exposure a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials or similar preferred)
• Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
