Marketing Manager

As a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of embedded marketers — marketing professionals who sit directly with, and are dedicated full-time to, a specific Broker Team. The Marketing Manager coaches each embedded marketer and equips them with the guidance, tools, and resources they need to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring their assigned Broker Team receives best-in-class project management, creative oversight, and day-to-day marketing support in pursuit of new Capital Markets opportunities and in marketing assignments Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded.

The Marketing Manager works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and the broader Property Marketing organization to help embedded marketers deliver industry-best marketing deliverables and outcomes for their dedicated Broker Teams.

  • →Manage a team of embedded marketers, each dedicated full-time to a specific Broker Team, serving as their people manager and coach while growing their project management abilities and marketing skillset
  • →Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to embedded marketers, helping them prioritize, problem-solve, and work through roadblocks so they can operate efficiently and effectively within their Broker Team

  • →Serve as the primary point of escalation and advisor for embedded marketers on the most significant or complex property marketing projects, coaching them through approach and execution rather than taking projects over
  • →Establish and reinforce consistent marketing processes, brand standards, and quality benchmarks across all embedded marketers, even though each sits within a different Broker Team
  • →Conduct regular one-on-ones and check-ins with embedded marketers to assess workload, performance, and job satisfaction, and to coach them on areas for improvement
  • →Facilitate knowledge-sharing among embedded marketers so best practices, templates, and lessons learned are shared and applied consistently, rather than staying siloed within a single desk
  • →Own performance management, goal-setting, and career development for embedded marketers, using coaching to close skill gaps and build toward greater independence and efficiency
  • →Communicate with Broker Team leadership on embedded marketer performance, capacity, and project outcomes, either through regular check-ins or other channels
  • →Recruit, onboard, and place new embedded marketers with Broker Teams, setting them up with the training and resources to ramp up quickly
