• →Lead valuations of residential development sites in accordance with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standards
• →Prepare detailed reports for loan security, financial reporting, and development appraisals
• →Undertake residual land valuations and viability assessments
• →Analyse market trends including sales values, build costs, and planning considerations
• →Manage client relationships and take a lead role in instructions
• →Support and mentor junior team members
• →Contribute to business development and winning new work
   

• Degree in Real Estate or related discipline
• MRICS qualified (MRICS)
• Strong experience in residential development valuation
• Advanced financial modelling and appraisal skills
• Proven client-facing and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of the UK residential development market
   

• Leadership opportunities within a leading advisory team
