Job Description

Maintains smooth Transport operation at Client place

Responsibilities

→Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
→To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
→Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
→Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
→Manage the transport team
→Vendor management from operational perspective
→Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
→Adherence to SLA’s by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
→Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
