Constantinople’s AI-native platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure, and replaces manual operational and compliance processes with AI at scale. By removing the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople enables our client banks to focus on their customers and the business of banking.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Constantinople, you will be a valuable technical leader, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex software solutions that form the foundation of our banking platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build software that sets new industry standards for reliability, scalability, and security.

Be an active contributor to cross-team initiatives and provide support to the engineering team
Develop and drive architectural changes across projects while leading engineers
Develop and maintain critical platform features
Improve tooling to enable data-driven analysis and reporting to the wider Constantinople team
Support a secure and functional platform
Provide decisions on service performance and design implementation

Deep understanding of software design principles and scalable systems architecture
Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React / React Native) is a strong plus
Experience building and owning features end-to-end, from idea to production
Experience in serverless AWS architectures is highly desirable
Exposure to Domain-Driven Design or event-driven systems is a bonus
A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring and leading engineering initiatives
Experience in fintech or regulated environments is helpful but not required
