Business Analysts may:

→Gather, analyse and document requirements
→Map processes, identify issues and recommend improvements
→Support workshops and discovery across business and technical teams
→Translate business needs into clear analysis artefacts
→Analyse impacts, dependencies and risks to support delivery
→Support data-related business analysis where required, including documenting business rules, data flows, reporting needs and impacts on business processes.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with requirements, process analysis and related artefacts
Ability to work across business and technical contexts
Sound judgement, adaptability and a focus on practical outcomes

Experience with frameworks such as BABOK, agile, human-centred design, user-centred design and the Digital Service Standard.
