Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analysts may:

• →Lead complex discovery, analysis and requirements activities
• →Manage senior stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities
• →Develop clear analysis, options and recommendations to support decision-making
• →Navigate shared service arrangements, delivery dependencies and intersecting business and technical accountabilities
• →Support teams to work through ambiguity, change and complex delivery environments
• →Lead or support data-related business analysis where required, including clarifying business rules, data flows, dependencies, reporting needs, data quality considerations and impacts on business processes.

• Strong experience contributing to analysis on complex or sensitive initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to think strategically in a delivery context
• Experience working across shared services, multiple delivery partners and complex dependencies
• Ability to clarify direction, manage ambiguity and support practical outcomes
• Ability to support and mentor other analysts and contribute to consistent analysis practices

• Experience with frameworks such as BABOK, agile, human-centred design, user-centred design and the Digital Service Standard.
