Dalcom Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Engineer to support a team focused on mission-critical research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army.

• →Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
• →Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
• →Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements.
• →Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
• →Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
• →Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
• →Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with engineering software and analytical tools applicable to assigned discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and technical presentations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
