Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Baltimore!
 
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Baltimore, MD area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

  • Delivering throughout MD/DC/DE/VA
  • Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
  • Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
  • Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
  • Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
  • Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
  • Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
  • Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!
  • Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
  • Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
  • Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
  • Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
  • Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
  • Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
  • Proven longevity in past employment
  • TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

  • Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • Consistent work hours –M-F position 1st Shift, varying start and end time of (5AM/8AM to 3PM/6PM)
  • Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!!
  • Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 45-50 hours per week!
  • Competitive salary – This position is offering a set rate (non-Negotiable) of $27.00 per hour!
  • New Hire Bonus – Get an extra $3,000 after successfully completing your probation period!
