With strong growth across both domestic and international markets, Daniels Health is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Chicago office.

We're on track to finish the year with 40% company growth, making this an exciting time to join a business that is scaling rapidly while maintaining the collaborative, people-first culture that sets us apart.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions, including Sales, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Business Support, and select high-volume roles such as Drivers and Plant Operators. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

We offer a hybrid work environment with two days per week onsite in our Chicago office, giving you the flexibility to do your best work while staying connected to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop new requisitions and position descriptions
  • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on recruitment, compensation, candidate assessment, and selection
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and serve as a trusted talent advisor
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and HR initiatives as needed
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting for corporate positions such as Sales, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, IT, or Operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity principles and recruitment best practices
  • Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences
  • Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for helping people find meaningful careers
