Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage GCP solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain IaC using tools like Terraform. 
  • Configure GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
  • Implement security best practices and collaborate with cybersecurity experts to support Authority to Operate (ATO) engagements. 
  • Work within a cross-functional team to deliver iterative value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong grasp of Linux command line, shell scripting, and Git.
  • Familiarity with core GCP services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
  • Ability to take direction from senior leads and a desire to earn GCP certifications quickly.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Proven experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience deploying and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Understanding of IAM, VPC Service Controls, and encryption at rest/transit.
  • Experience with Assured Workloads or Security Command Center is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to design complex, multi-region, resilient architectures from scratch.
  • Deep knowledge of DoD/DISA cybersecurity policies and navigating the ATO process.
  • Ability to interface directly with government stakeholders to translate mission requirements into technical specs.
  • Google Cloud Professional Architect, Security Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience working with U.S. Federal Government or DoD customers.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

 

This is a hybrid role based out of one of our regional hubs: Herndon, VA | Tampa, FL | Huntsville, AL | Colorado Springs, CO | Ogden, UT | Omaha, NE

The salary range for this position is estimated to be the following, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.

  • Junior Level: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
  • Mid Level: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00
  • Senior Level: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00
