We're looking for a Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) to help increase revenue across accounts in the Japanese market. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales professional with previous experience in a similar role, looking to help scale out a game-changing enterprise software company and have the opportunity to really accelerate your career. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Development.
Responsibilities

- →Evaluate and prioritize the inbound leads from Marketing initiatives.
- →Craft outbound strategies encompassing personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling to qualify opportunities.
- →Devise compelling outreach campaigns targeting diverse buyer levels, including senior executives, to unlock opportunities in critical target accounts.
- →Identify and uncover client requirements, progressing discussions into sales prospects by demonstrating how Databricks can address their data-related challenges.
- Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in inbound or outbound sales and inquiries.
- Proficiency in comprehending technical concepts, coupled with genuine enthusiasm for technology.
- Determination and courage to excel and contribute to the growth of the next top-tier enterprise software company.
- Demonstrated a history of consistent, quantifiable achievements in previous roles.
- Curiosity and eagerness to continually learn and stay abreast of developments in the big data/AI sector.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in Japanese with business-level English is a requirement.
