About the Role

This is a founding growth seat reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and own the RevOps foundation, drive inbound strategy, run growth experiments, and connect marketing signals to sales behavior across the full funnel. This is a zero-to-one role designed for an ambitious operator who is ready to own a growth function from the ground up and grow into a Head of Growth or VP Growth role as the company scales.

  • Build and own the RevOps foundation — keeping pipeline clean, forecasting accurate, and conversion data visible and actionable
  • Drive inbound and growth by identifying the highest-leverage channels, running experiments fast, and doubling down on what works — content, partnerships, events, or something new
  • Connect the dots between marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes — see the full funnel and know where it's leaking
  • Build dashboards, run analysis, and come to the table with a point of view backed by numbers
  • Move between inbound strategy, pipeline analytics, RevOps infrastructure, and growth experimentation
  • Report directly to the CEO and own the systems that turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, GTM strategy, RevOps, or PE/VC/IB, ideally in an early-stage B2B environment
  • 2020–2024 graduate from a top 30 U.S. university
  • Either 2–3 years at a top consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, KPMG, Deloitte) OR 2–4 years in growth strategy, GTM, or RevOps at a high-growth Series A–C startup
  • Sharp GTM instincts and ability to act quickly without waiting for perfect information
  • Strong analytical foundation — builds dashboards, runs analysis, backs decisions with data
  • Systems thinker comfortable in a high-intensity, zero-to-one startup environment
  • NYC-based — onsite required
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder — no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available
