Requirements
~1 min read- 1–3 years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C (e.g., consumer fintech, marketplace, or similar)
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks)
- Collaborate with product and engineering on viral loops and conversion flows
- Create high-impact content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers
- Implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale acquisition channels
- Plan and execute conferences, events, and email marketing campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams
- Analytical and creative approach to growth
- Move fast and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Prior consulting experience in management, strategy, or growth
- Top-tier school or well-known high-growth consumer company (especially relevant for earlier-career B2C candidates)
- Investment banking background
- Experience with product, design, or marketing teams
