Strong core engineering skills, ideally across a modern full-stack setup (Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL are a plus)
A product mindset and a strong eye for intuitive, well-designed user experiences
A computer science degree or an equivalent technical background
At least one clear standout signal in your background, such as a top program, a recognized VC-backed startup, a fast growth trajectory, or compelling side projects
