Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Research Associate I/II/III”. Location: Tucson, AZ Job Duration: Long-term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick Leave, 401(k) Experience Level: Research Associate I: 0–2 years Research Associate II: 2–4 years Research Associate III: 4–6 years Summary We are seeking a Research Associate I, II, or III to support laboratory research, development, and manufacturing activities for Ventana projects. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing results, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with scientific teams. Responsibilities: Conduct and document laboratory experiments supporting research and development projects. Assist with experimental design, execution, analysis, and interpretation. Prepare protocols, technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses. Present experimental findings to project and department teams. Maintain accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation. Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures. Support troubleshooting and other scientific activities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field. Relevant post-college laboratory/research experience. Strong documentation, analytical, and scientific communication skills. Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
