We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000–$115,000 annually with reliable bi-weekly pay
- Exceptional Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage with Daybreak covering 90% of medical premiums and 100% of dental and vision for employees, plus 65% for eligible dependents. Choose between Kaiser and Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield) health plans

- Professional Growth & Support: CEUs, malpractice insurance, and 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Manageable Caseload: At least 25 weekly time slots, with a minimum of 17 completed sessions per week (averaged monthly) to retain base salary and benefits
- Compensation: $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session
- Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Minimum of just 5 sessions per week—perfect for work-life balance

Requirements
~1 min read- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
