Responsibilities 

• Project Planning: Engage in feasibility studies for data center construction, focusing on cost control and reviewing plans. 

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understand data center standards and local building codes in Southeast Asia (SEA). 

• Design Coordination: Lead architectural design efforts, collaborating with local teams and reviewing construction plans. 

• Technical Oversight: Manage product selection, oversee equipment bidding, and ensure designs meet project plans. 

• Collaboration: Coordinate with other disciplines and solve on-site issues, ensuring familiarity with construction procedures. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with consultants, owners, government bodies, suppliers, and contractors in SEA projects. 

• Construction Supervision: Ensure contractors adhere to project plans and maintain quality. 

• Project Management: Oversee planning and interior design within the construction phase. 

Requirements: 

• Contract Management: Understand contracts and manage engineering according to them. 

• Project Tracking: Develop plans and track implementation, addressing changes and project documentation. 

• Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve on-site issues with knowledge of civil construction. 

• Acceptance Procedures: Organize project acceptance stages and ensure proper handover. 

• Material Review: Assess material specifications and pricing applications. 

• Standardization: Support DayOne’s standardization efforts for architectural items.
