We are currently recruiting Rock Shop Team Members to support daily retail operations within the hotel.

• Rock Shop Senior Supervisor

Role allocation will be based on experience, seniority, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles (hospitality experience is an asset)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• A confident, approachable, and brand-aware attitude
• The ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
