Responsibilities

→Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery
→Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
→Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion
→Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records
→Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships
→Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development

Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
Board certification or eligibility preferred
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice
