Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial General Dentist to join our high-end, comprehensive dental practice with an opportunity for immediate equity ownership. Our practice delivers a full scope of dentistry in a modern, high-end setting. We provide comprehensive care including bread-and-butter general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, full-mouth reconstruction, surgical extractions, and periodontal procedures. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a practice prior to expansion, allowing for immediate and long-term financial upside tied directly to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and periodontal treatments
- Manage complex cases including full-mouth reconstruction and advanced treatment planning
- Educate patients on treatment options and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through leadership and clinical excellence
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
