- →Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and acknowledge departing guests with a sincere thank you.
- →Handle guest queries regarding wait times, dining hours, and general restaurant information.
- →Manage guest complaints professionally, escalating them to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
- →Seating Management:
- →Guide guests to their tables, providing menus.
- →Ensure that guests with specific needs (e.g., high chairs for infants, wheelchair access) are accommodated appropriately.
- →Maintain Restaurant Appearance:
- →Ensure that the reception area, menus, and entryway remain clean, organized, and inviting.
- →Regularly check the restrooms and other public areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
- →Rolling and stocking silverware.
- →Administrative Tasks:
- →Maintain an accurate waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready.
Requirements

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
