Demand Management Manager

Our client is a global leader in its industry, recognized for its operational excellence, continuous innovation, and the development of highly engineered solutions for industrial markets. We are seeking a Demand Management Manager to lead the integrated Supply Chain planning process across South America. This role will be responsible for driving the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between market demand, production capacity, and business objectives. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, coordinating regional teams and partnering with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive execution, optimize service levels, improve inventory performance, and support operational excellence across the region. Main responsibilities: Lead the regional S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process across South America, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and business objectives; Serve as the primary integration point between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, driving alignment and execution of agreed plans; Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes across multiple organizational levels, including managers, directors, and senior executives; Ensure effective balancing of demand and manufacturing capacity, considering resources, materials, workforce, and operational constraints; Provide functional leadership to Supply Chain Managers across the region’s manufacturing sites, ensuring process compliance, team development, and the sharing of best practices; Monitor and drive key Supply Chain performance indicators, with a focus on service levels, inventory management, and Supply Chain costs; Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities within the supply chain, coordinating action plans and ensuring rapid response to business needs; Strengthen execution discipline across regional operations, fostering integration among manufacturing sites and establishing S&OP as a strategic decision-making tool. Requisitos Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Solid experience in end-to-end Supply Chain management, including Production Planning (S&OP/S&OE), Material Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, and Distribution; Proven experience in inventory management, service level management, production capacity planning, and supply chain optimization; Demonstrated track record of leading and developing multidisciplinary teams; Experience working in multinational environments, with strong international exposure and collaboration with global teams; Fluent English is require; Experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement initiatives, and Supply Chain project implementation is highly desirable.
