Manufacturing Manager

Our client is a multinational company that leverages innovative technologies to deliver solutions across diverse industries. We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager capable of translating corporate strategy into operational plans and effectively cascading them throughout the site, ensuring organizational development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Main Responsabilities Ensure performance excellence across all plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS); Guarantee regulatory compliance and lead internal and external audits and inspections; Develop leadership capabilities and foster a strong safety culture; Represent the company with customers, regulatory authorities, and the local community. Requisitos Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management or Operations is preferred); Strong expertise in Compliance, Process Safety, and industrial financial management; Proven experience operating in regulated environments and managing complex stakeholders; Strong business acumen and an ethical leadership style; Experience in crisis management; Fluency in English.
