WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own DebtBook’s demand generation strategy and pipeline performance, leading programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across channels. Specifically, you will:
- Own quarterly and annual marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, aligning demand strategy to company revenue goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy across events, webinars, email, paid media, and lifecycle programs
- Design and scale integrated campaigns that connect event participation, digital programs, and sales outreach into cohesive, account-targeted pipeline initiatives
- Develop account-based and vertical-specific demand programs aligned to strategic accounts and key market segments
- Own traditional demand channels including display, paid search, paid social, retargeting, and digital acquisition, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Lead website and landing page conversion optimization efforts to improve funnel performance and increase opportunity creation
- Partner closely with RevOps & Marketing Operations to refine attribution models, segmentation, reporting dashboards, and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on pipeline planning, lead handoff processes, and pipeline acceleration strategies to ensure strong follow-up and deal progression
- Analyze full-funnel performance — from first touch through closed-won — identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, velocity, and efficiency
- Manage demand generation budget, vendor relationships, and external agencies to maximize impact and scalability
