The Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing projects by coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role contributes to the delivery of data-driven health solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. You will work under the guidance of senior program leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clinical, regulatory, and business objectives.

Support planning and execution of Population Health projects across multiple initiatives.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility into progress.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables across workstreams.
Assist in translating project goals into structured plans and milestones.
Support quarterly and PI planning activities.
Maintain accurate status updates in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
Ensure dependencies and risks are documented and escalated appropriately.
Work closely with:
Product teams (feature delivery tracking)
Engineering (development progress)
Clinical & Regulatory teams (documentation and compliance tracking)
Commercial/Operations (launch readiness activities)
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Prepare regular project status reports and support preparation of materials for governance meetings and leadership reviews.
Document decisions, risks, and project updates in a structured and consistent manner.
Identify potential risks and issues through ongoing tracking and team interactions.
Maintain risk and issue logs and ensure timely escalation to leadership.
Follow up on mitigation actions and resolution progress.
Assist in tracking regulatory and clinical deliverables (e.g., documentation, validation activities).
Ensure timelines align with EU regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, GDPR considerations).
Support audit readiness by maintaining organized documentation.
Follow established PMO processes, templates, and governance structures.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of program tracking and reporting practices.

Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field required.
5+ years of experience in project and/or program coordination required
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of project/program management principles.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or life sciences environments.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
Understanding of medical device development processes and regulatory submissions.
Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams.

This position requires domestic/international travel up to 10%.
