For our Client, we are looking for a:

Location: North Adriatic coast, Croatia

• →Building the sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy and profitable use of accommodation facilities, congress and meeting halls, and other facilities.
• →Building and leading a harmonious team through open and stimulating communication
• →Budgeting and business planning
• →Developing the pricing strategy and sales plans
• →Market segmentation and identification of market trends and opportunities
• →Sales negotiations, contracting, and creating long-term relationships with business partners and clients
• →Implementation of technological solutions for sales and marketing functions, reporting, and data analysis.

• Year-round operations with a permanent employment contract.
