Production Planner

We're looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Production Planner to join our team in Bay Minette Alabama and play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running smoothly. • →Create and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and on-time delivery.
• →Monitor production, capacity, inventory, and performance metrics.
• →Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• →Work with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• →Release jobs for production and support inventory control and cycle counting.
• →Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and results.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Oracle/MRP experience is a plus.
• Lean or Green Belt training is a plus.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
