Exciting opportunity in our managed buildings in the Upper East Side - we are seeking a Waiter to join our team. We are seeking an experienced waiter who will provide support and assistance to the chef on daily operations keeping the residential building running efficiently and properly.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for checks.
• Adhere to food handling safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously, establishing rapport to enhance guest relations
