We’re looking for a highly organized, creatively minded Associate Director, Delivery (Creative) to join our growing advertising team. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between creative, strategy, account, and production—ensuring that ideas move seamlessly from conception to delivery. You’ll manage timelines, resources, workflows, and communication across multiple integrated campaigns, helping our teams deliver exceptional work on time and on brief.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery
- →Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and budgets
- →Ensure deliverables stay on timeline, within scope, and aligned to client objectives
- →Facilitate sprint planning, creative reviews, and feedback loops with internal stakeholders
- →Partner closely with creative teams (design, copy, video, production) to understand needs and remove blockers
- →Collaborate with account managers to support client communication, expectations, and approvals
- →Work alongside strategy and media to ensure deliverables ladder up to overall campaign goals
- →Coordinate internal resources and identify bandwidth needs across teams
- →Manage freelance and vendor relationships, including contracting, onboarding, and tracking deliverables
- →Support estimates, scoping, and resourcing for upcoming work
- →Ensure accuracy and consistency across all creative assets before final delivery
- →Champion best practices for workflow efficiency, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
- →Maintain version control and ensure all assets are properly captured, stored, and archived
- 6+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns
- Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools
- Familiarity with media, performance marketing, or content strategy
- Agency experience supporting large-scale brand campaigns
