This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.
As a CRM Campaign Manager you will translate CRM and Digital Marketing strategy into concrete, scalable lifecycle programmes. You define what customers experience, when they experience it, and why, across the full customer lifecycle. This role will require adopting a customer-centric approach while working cross-functionally to develop, implement, and track the performance of CRM campaigns.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build & launch personalised customer experiences by creating and executing CRM campaigns
- →Support audience segmentation and targeting efforts in partnership with various internal teams
- →Ensure seamless execution & launch of CRM campaigns as owner of operational execution, including working cross-functionally on building, experimentation and deployment of campaigns
- →Ownership of campaign reporting, including collecting and providing insights to inform scaling decisions for tests
- →Ownership of project timeline, including tracking campaign development & keeping relevant stakeholders informed
- →Adopt an innovate-and-iterate mindset to support data-driven hypotheses in creation and iteration of campaigns, including supporting with the designing of A/B tests and ongoing optimization of campaigns based on learnings
- →Collaborate cross-functionally and across locations with globally-dispersed team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share-out results
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or customer journey design
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, lifecycle thinking, and segmentation models
- Customer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs
- Hands-on experience with one or more CRM platforms (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach etc.)
- A data-informed, performance-driven mindset with strong familiarity with CRM KPIs
- Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
- Project management experience with strong sense of accountability; notable organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritise
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions and locations
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.
