As a Creative Project Manager, you work closely with our major accounts and teams on a daily basis, running diverse creative projects from start to finish. You’re able to combine the best way of work for our creative teams and the briefed timeline of the client into a feasible workflow. Because of your knowledge and interest in the creative industry and its processes, you have an opinion that is respected and appreciated by both the customer and the internal teams.
You know exactly what our customers need, even if they don't explicitly ask for it. You are good at making schedules and monitoring budgets and you enjoy meeting or even exceeding customer expectations together with the team. You are the customer's first point of contact during projects, which means you have daily contact with them to update the progress of the project with them and foresee risks.
You feel responsible for bringing the project to a successful conclusion and coordinating the deliverables with the customer and the team. In short, you are the spider in the web who keeps the focus on getting our projects delivered, who does not shy away from deadlines, who can monitor overviews and budgets, and who can coordinate all of this with the customer.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work on one of our biggest client teams, working with multiple team members such as creatives, strategists and technical specialists.
- →Manage end to end creative projects (content creation, social, design, affiliate marketing, toolkits, 360 campaigns), you make sure qualitative work is delivered on time and within budget.
- →Be the key contact for clients, an advisor who provides resources, and who addresses problems and solutions
- →Tracking time and budgets. You’re able to forecast, flag and act when it comes to project and client financials.
- Relevant experience in both project management and digital marketing;
- Experience on the agency side;
- Have experience and ambition to manage digital marketing projects within the creative field (content creation, organic social media, design, affiliate marketing);
- Experience and/or affinity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira;
- Have experience with A-brands and their digital performance issues;
- Located and available to start working either from our offices in Amsterdam or Rotterdam;
- Speak fluent Dutch and English.
