About the Role
~1 min read- This is an onsite position, floating between properties in West Palm Beach, providing leasing support.
- Office hours are 9-6pm, exact 5-day work week schedule TBD.
- This position requires regular interaction with others in person and other forms of communication tools.
- The incumbent will sit, stand or walk around for long periods of time depending on the task and will use standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, software programs) as needed.
- The right candidate needs multifamily leasing experience, preferably with Class A properties only.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Be the first responder for resident and prospect calls and inquiries.
- →Meet the needs of the residents in a timely and courteous manner while ensuring building standards, policies and procedures.
- →Support the management team with resident relations, move in/out procedures, amenity upkeep and general office matters.
- →Support the leasing team with renewals, tours, lease applications and social media efforts.
- →Assist with all weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.
- →Complete additional projects tasks as assigned
- Minimum of two (2) years of property management experience in a multifamily building environment.
- Some experience dealing with required laws and regulations regarding property management and multifamily and mix-use buildings in NY.
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain the real estate license within the time allotted.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills.
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and learn to grow with the organization.
- Proficient in various property management technologies, MSOffice and Google Suite.
- Leasing experience is a plus.
- Stellar references.
- Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
