Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Checking in, sorting, and inspecting daily parts orders.
- →Performing damage assessments of received parts.
- →Shelving received parts stock appropriately, preparing outbound parts orders for delivery.
- →Separating and delivering parts.
- →Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership.
- →Providing additional departmental assistance as required within day-to-day operations.
- →Submitting damage claims for damaged components as required.
- →Follow all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials.
Requirements
~1 min read- Basic automotive knowledge for recognition of different automotive service and repair parts.
- Ability to identify damages to components during assessments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CDK system is an asset.
- Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
