Project Manager

• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams (Web, Desktop, or Embedded)
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working with teams of 5+ people
• Experience preparing estimates and proposals
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical background
• Experience with hardware or physical products (a plus, not required)

• → Communication with the client and expectation management
• → Project planning, coordination, and execution control
• → Regular status reporting
• → Direct management of the development team
• → Collaboration with QA via QA lead
• → Participation in requirement gathering and clarification with the client
• → Partial involvement in BA activities when needed
• → Task estimation, resource planning, and prioritization
• → Ownership of the full delivery lifecycle within your scope

The project focuses on software development for managing computer devices and peripherals. The product is actively evolving: the team is working on a new version while continuously integrating new devices.

This is not legacy support — it is active product development and expansion.

The team consists of 50+ specialists, divided into several sub-teams. Each Project Manager is responsible for a dedicated stream or subproject, with a high level of autonomy.
