In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to learn every stage of the equipment finance lifecycle, supporting transactions from initial application through funding. Sales Associates gain hands-on experience by partnering directly with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Operations, Credit, and Risk teams, providing a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and creating a strong foundation for future career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

→Review credit applications for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation, following up as needed to obtain missing information.
→Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to resolve application questions and facilitate timely processing.
→Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
→Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers by responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
→Escalate customer service issues to the appropriate Operations team members when necessary.
→Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Proven customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Administrative support experience preferred.
