Maintenance Technician

Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.

• →Complete SAP reporting
• →Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures
• →Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures
• →Participate in plant projects and expansions
• →Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures
• →Attend scheduled training sessions
• →Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures
• →Back fill team member absences with overtime as required
• →Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment
• →Work within budget, while completing timely repairs
• →Perform root cause analysis
• →Maintain repairs within departmental budget

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Verifiable maintenance experience
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience and maintenance
• Certification and/or License -- None

• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of general mechanical
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
