Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About the Role
~1 min read- Lead the Warehouse, Materials, Finished Goods, Logistics, and Planning organizations, providing clear direction, accountability, and people development.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term warehouse, logistics, inventory, and capacity strategies aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Own site planning activities, including capacity planning, resource requirements, inventory strategy, production volumes, and supply-risk management.
- Ensure reliable finished-goods transportation and warehouse operations to achieve high levels of customer service and schedule adherence.
- Manage warehouse and shipping budgets, balancing service, cost, productivity, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong inventory integrity and product availability while minimizing excess inventory, write-offs, and operational waste.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving and root-cause resolution for issues affecting planning, materials, production, logistics, procurement, systems, and suppliers.
- Establish and improve operating processes using continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, TPM, RCM, and Manufacturing Excellence.
- Lead the logistics and warehouse elements of the Manufacturing Management System (MMS) and drive sustainable operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, GMP, food safety, quality, regulatory, and dangerous-goods transportation requirements.
- Partner with Quality and Food Safety teams to maintain ISO/FSSC/HACCP systems and standards.
- Develop hourly employees and leaders to operate in a self-directed, accountable, and high-performing environment.
- Drive employee engagement and establish a culture where safety, quality, service, continuous improvement, and accountability are embedded in daily operations.
The role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements and maintaining high operating standards, including:
- Zero Harm: Own warehouse and logistics safety performance and improvement plans.
- >95% Schedule Adherence: Deliver reliable supply and distribution performance.
- <1,500 PPM Distribution Quality: Maintain leading distribution quality standards.
- >75% Employee Engagement: Build an engaged, capable, and high-performing organization.
- Optimize inventory, warehouse capacity, transportation costs, labor, and operating budgets.
- Continuously improve service, productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate is a strategic supply-chain and operations leader who can balance long-term business strategy with hands-on operational execution. They must be an effective communicator and influential cross-functional leader capable of working across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, HR, finance, quality, and corporate organizations.
The role requires strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, financial, and people-leadership capabilities, with the ability to make sound decisions in a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or planning, preferably within consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of supply-chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Strong SAP/MRP and warehouse management system capability, including HighJump WMS.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, GMP, food safety, regulatory compliance, and transportation requirements.

MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA: SALARY RANGE IS FROM $91,200 TO $152,000 (ANNUAL)
