Career Counselor

To ensure an efficient and fair review process, we utilize artificial intelligence tools to assist in the initial screening and assessment of applicants for this role.

• →Thoroughly assess clients' situations
• →Offer short-term guidance during an initial meeting and follow-up meetings (assistance in career planning and development)
• →Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needs

• Comfortable in French and English, both spoken and written
• Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)
• Part time availability of 21 hours/week min.
• At least 3 years of experience as a career counselor
• Experience working in a remote environment or openness to remote work
• Experience working with adult clientele is an asset
