Physician, Evenings and Weekends

To ensure an efficient and fair review process, we utilize artificial intelligence tools to assist in the initial screening and assessment of applicants for this role.

• →Conducting remote assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform where you will evaluate symptoms, diagnose and provide treatment for both common and complex conditions
• →Delivering high-quality patient care by offering timely medical advice and identifying urgent symptoms
• →Creating personalized care plans tailored to your patient's needs
• →Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, care coordinators and care managers, psychologists, etc to provide comprehensive, high-quality care
• →Educating and supporting patients on preventative care, health management and lifestyle changes
• →Referring patients, when needed, to specialists or allied healthcare professionals and community services
• →Maintaining detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and follow-ups that adhere to regulatory standards
• →Contributing to internal projects or initiatives

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physician
• Availability to work at least 8 hours per week on evenings and weekends
• A valid and active medical license to practice in Quebec
• Appropriate malpractice insurance coverage
• Ease with technology and digital tools
• A strong sense of autonomy, professionalism, adaptability, and thoroughness
