Staff Software Developer, Full Stack (Provider Experience)

• →Unified Codebase Mastery: Lead the architectural direction for React (Web), ensuring a consistent and high-performance experience across all provider interfaces.
• →Frontend Architecture: Drive the strategy for frontend modularity and the creation of flexible UI "primitives" (Tasks, Forms, Notes) that facilitate rapid feature deployment.
• →End-to-End Integration: Design robust APIs and data contracts that bridge the gap between our Workflow engines and the user-facing Care Platform.
• →ServiceOS Evolution: Contribute to the technical strategy for automation tools, ensuring that AI-powered workflows are effectively surfaced to clinical users.
• →Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices in frontend observability, A/B testing infrastructure, and UI performance monitoring.
• →Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, draft architecture RFCs, and ensure consistent application of engineering standards across the full stack.

• Strong Architecture Builder: 10+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex full-stack projects from discovery to production.
• FullStack Mastery: Deep proficiency in React/React Native and Python (or similar backend languages), with the ability to navigate the entire stack with ease.
• Product Thinking: A strong ability to translate complex clinical operational pain points into intuitive technical solutions and UI patterns.
• Scalable UI Systems: Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries in a multi-tenant environment.
• Mentorship: A passion for elevating the team's technical skills and fostering a culture of high-quality code and peer review.
