Depending on your experience and development goals, you may also take ownership of specific project streams and build your skills toward a future project management role.
- Support the definition and development of project plans and, where appropriate, lead the planning of individual project streams.
- Coordinate project activities, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, quality requirements, commercial arrangements, and financial parameters.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Project Manager by providing accurate and timely updates on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain clear acceptance criteria to measure project performance and support successful customer sign-off.
- Monitor project or work stream performance against agreed plans and initiate corrective action or escalation when required.
- Prepare and provide timely project reporting and ensure appropriate escalation within Diebold Nixdorf and to customers, where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow established project management methodologies and standards, including planning, reporting, documentation, quality management, risk and issue management, and change control.
- Support the preparation and management of project budgets and monitor delivery against agreed financial targets.
- Assist with accurate financial forecasting and tracking of project performance.
- Coordinate and oversee project resources to support high levels of performance and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, partners, and other project contributors as required.
- Take on additional project-related responsibilities and tasks as assigned by line management.
- Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in implementation, transformation, project coordination, or a related environment.
- Experience working on technology, IT, infrastructure, systems implementation, migration, or service delivery projects is an advantage.
- Good business English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage priorities, and work effectively within project timelines.
- A structured and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to identify risks and escalate issues when needed.
- Strong interest in technology, implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
We are Armed Forces friendly. We welcome applications from ex-Armed Forces personnel, reservists, armed forces veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.
