Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
→Experience:
→8+ years with a Bachelor’s, 6+ years with a Master’s, or 3+ years with a PhD in electrical/electronic design.
→Significant experience designing electrical systems for complex products; medical device or other highly regulated industry strongly preferred.

Deep knowledge of AC/DC motor control (BLDC/Stepper), power stage design, gate drivers, braking, feedback, current sensing, and protection circuitry.
Strong background in analog/digital circuit design, PCB design, and PCBA manufacturing processes.
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB CAD tools, and standard lab test equipment.
Experience working through the full product lifecycle in an R&D environment.
Familiarity with IEC 60601-1 / 60601-1-2, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, ISO 14971 and EMC standards is a strong plus.
Embedded coding ability for design verification is beneficial.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate the work of other engineers.
Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $119,300 - $186,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
