Hologic, a global leader in advancing health and well-being, is looking for a Marketing Manager to steer our Breast and Skeletal Health business unit in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

- Lead marketing strategy across the DACH region, driving growth and market share for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio.
- Develop and drive short, medium and long-term strategies to deliver sustained growth, profitability and brand equity.
- Drive new product launches, market expansion, development projects and business transformations, efficiency gains and sustainable performance improvements.
- Craft compelling value propositions, and tailor innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and global marketing to launch new products and ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage budgets, forecast marketing needs, and measure ROI to ensure fiscal responsibility and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to marketing, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with commercial leadership, building and leveraging relationships at al levels both internally and externally
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Considerable marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the DACH region.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as needed within the DACH region.
